Kelly McCue embarked on her legal career in 2005 as a legal assistant, progressing through her academic journey at the University of South Florida. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science, followed by a Certificate in Paralegal Studies. Her pursuit of legal expertise culminated in a Law Degree from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Before commencing law school, Kelly honed her skills as a paralegal at a family law firm and a personal injury law firm. Motivated by her experiences, she recognized her calling and ventured into law school to further her professional aspirations.

In 2020, Kelly attained licensure to practice Law in Florida and New Jersey (2024), subsequently establishing her own Firm in November 2022. Her dedication to the legal profession extended beyond Florida's borders when she undertook the New York State Bar Exam in 2023, currently awaiting licensure in New York. Kelly's commitment to her clients is evident in her unwavering ambition and determination to serve the diverse needs of individuals across the States of Florida and New Jersey.

Beyond her legal practice, Kelly takes pleasure in spending quality time with her family. She cherishes moments with her son, an enthusiastic basketball player, and her daughter embarking on her senior year of high school.
